The Land Registration Act 2002 introduced sweeping reforms to Conveyancing last October whilst Stamp Duty Land Tax replaced Stamp Duty in Conveyancing transactions on 1st December 2003.

CON58 and CON59 have therefore been amended and updated in the light of these substantive reforms.

Additionally, we have added AGREE9, BN1, CON1 and CR19 to the range, which can be used immediately.

Finally, we have made minor fields alterations to forms LRAP1, LRTR1, LRTR1-Flexi and LRTR1NOPOP-Flexi , which are also enclosed for your immediate use.
