The Transfer of Tribunal Functions Order 2013 transfers the functions of rent assessment committees to the First-tier Tribunal and the Upper Tribunal in England but not Wales.

Schedule 2 of this 2013 Order amends the Right to Manage (Prescribed Particulars and Forms) (England) Regulations by replacing references to “leasehold valuation tribunal” with “tribunal” on RTM2 and RTM3.

Although the current versions of RTM2 and RTM3 can continue to be used until 30th June, the amended versions of RTM2 and RTM3 should be used on or after 1st July 2013.
