INFORMATION ONLY - NEW RANGE OF LAW SOCIETY COMPLIANCE FORMS

From January 2013, solicitors' firms must have appointed a Compliance Officer for Legal Practice (COLP) and a Compliance Office for Finance and Administration (COFA) under the requirements of the Legal Services Act 2007.

Oyez is pleased to offer our customers 13 new forms whaich have been adapted from the Law Society's COLPs Toolkit and COFAs Toolkit which the Law Society originally published in June.

The annual cost of subscribing to this range includes payment of a license fee to Law Society.
