N461-Notes - Guidance notes on completing the judicial review claim form

The Ministry of Justice has amended Form H to combine it with Precedent R and this new combined Precedent H and R should be used on and after 6th April.

Please note that when using the FORM H, times should be entered 10:33, i.e. 10 hours 33 minutes, if you do not use the colon then the time is entered as a fraction of an hour.

The Ministry of Justice has also amended the N161, N461 and the notes which accompany N461 forms to reflect changes which the 88th update to the Civil Procedure Rules introduced at the end of February and beginning of March.

Subscribers to this range are therefore requested to use the latest versions of these amended forms immediately.

Please also find N316 which has received a slight field amendment.
