The Court Service have made a small amendment to N9 by facilitating the solicitor's reference on the form. EX550 is an addition to the Civil Procedure range, being an affidavit of a judgment creditor who is seeking to enforce the attendance of a judgment debtor at court.

The Court Service have advised us of changes to the above Judicial Review Forms.

Although the specific amendments to the Civil Procedure Rules will not take effect until July, the Court Service has assured us that the amended versions of N461 and N462 can be used now.

N461 has been amended to resolve certain practical difficulties at the Administrative Court Office. It also refers to the pre-action protocols that were introduced on 4th March and directs claimants to the new N463 form.

N462 has been amended as a result of decision in the Court of Appeal.

N463 is a new form to be served on the Defendant at the same time as N461. N463 should only be used where exceptional urgency is claimed and the judicial review application must be determined within a specified time period.
