EX160(2023) - Apply for help with fees (for applications made or fees paid on or after 27 November 2023)

HMCTS has removed lines in the EX160(2023) about needing to provide evidence of benefits when applying. In addition, the HCPF10 has also been amended to make it clearer that the claimant should consider asking the court to list approval hearings anonymously. These updated forms are now available for immediate use.
