IHT100d - Non Interest in possession Settlements Principal charge (ten-year anniversary)

Subscribers to this range are requested to use the latest versions of these Inheritance Tax forms after Her Majesty's Revenue and Customs (HMRC) changed the Helpline telephone number on these forms.

These amended IHT400 forms must be used from Friday 5th February when HMRC will publish them on their website.

HMRC have also updated form 64_8. This form is used to authorise HMRC to communicate with an accountant, tax agent or adviser acting on your behalf.

Please also find available IHT100d and IHT100(ALL) which have received slight amendments. IHT100d has received a slight textual amendment and IHT100(ALL) received a macro amend.

Forms 64_8, IHT100d and IHT100(ALL) can be used immediately.
