IHTD33 - Debts due to the transferor or trustees

HM Revenue & Customs have updated the listed forms which are now available for immediate use. In addition, the HMRC have confirmed that the IHTD40 and IHTD41 are no longer required, these forms have therefore been withdrawn from the library to avoid accidental use.

The remaining forms in the update will follow in due course once approval has been obtained from HM Revenue & Customs.
