Her Majesty's Courts and Tribunals Service (HMCTS) installed a new case management system (cms) in the District Probate Registries (DPRs) in April.

As a result of this new cms, HMCTS now requires the deceased's "date of birth" to be given on certain types of application(s).

Oyez has therefore updated these Probate forms to meet this new requirements and these amended forms can be used immediately.
