The Ministry of Justice has updated the N2A Notes which accompany N2 to refer to the Mental Capacity Act 2005 which introduced the concept of protected parties and replaced the Mental Health Act 1983.

We have also taken this opportunity to make minor amendments to Oyez�s own Probate forms PRO30, PRO31 and PRO31A which now require the signature of a witness in addition to their name, address and occupation.

All forms can be used immediately.
