BASPI - Buyer and Seller's Property Information

Following the annual review of the content of the BASPI, undertaken by the Home Buying and Selling Group, the sixth iteration of the form has been released. This new version introduces minor amendments to existing questions and the introduction of new questions focused on electric charging points, flat roofs on properties, energy-efficiency retrofitting activity, and further information regarding any planning permissions and any heating system installations. This form is now available for immediate use.
