LP5 - Application for registration of a Limited Partnership

Companies House has amended the LP5 and LP7 forms to make it clear that these two forms should only be used in connection with limited partnerships in England, Wales and Northern Ireland.

This is because the Scottish Partnerships (Register of People with Significant Control) Regulations 2017 will introduce new arrangements for limited partnerships in Scotland on 24th July.

Subscribers to this range are therefore requested to use the latest versions of LP5 and LP7 for applications submitted to Companies House on and after 24th July.

In addition, Companies House has also amended the RP04 form in the light of the amendments to their forms which were supplied to you on EFIS No. 60 in June.
