The Ministry of Justice has amended FM1, which should only be used when making an application to the Family Court for one of the orders which is contained in Children Act forms C1 and C2.

Subscribers to this range should use this latest version of FM1 in conjunction with the amended versions of Children Act forms C1 and C2 which were supplied to you on Efis No. 40 in April.

This form should be used immediately.
