The Family Procedure Rules 2010 amend existing Children Act forms C1A, C2, C5, C8 and C100 and prescribe new Children Act forms C63, C64, C65 and C66 for use in applications made on or after 6th April 2011.
DIV_FM1 is a new form for use in certain family cases where the parties in dispute must discover what mediation involves. DIV_FM1 may also need to be filed with C100 unless an exemption applies.
C67, C68 and C69 are three new Children Act forms for use in international child abduction cases. These applications are normally made in the High Court by members of a specialised panel.
New forms DIV_A1 and DIV_A2 replace Children Act form C10 and new forms DIV_E1 and DIV_E2 replace Children Act form C10A under Part 9 of the Family Procedure Rules 2010. Forms C10 and C10A will be automatically removed from your library.
None of these new and amended forms should be used before 6th April.
