EP2PG(NOTES) - Guidance notes for completing form EP2PG: Application to register an Enduring Power of Attorney

The Office of the Public Guardian has made minor amendments to EP1PG and EP2PG(NOTES) to reflect a change on the website in which information can be found regarding enduring powers of attorney.

The Office of the Public Guardian has also redesigned OPG100 which can no longer be used to report concerns about vulnerable adults.

Subscribers to this range are advised to use the amended forms immediately.
