Watermarking Forms

OyezForms (v10.02h+) allows you to add, remove, and edit watermarks on a form-by-form basis.

To add an existing watermark to a form

  1. With a form open, select FORMAT>WATERMARK
  2. A menu flyout will contain your three current watermarks. Select one to enable it.
  • When enabled the watermark's text will appear on the right-hand side of the Status bar at the foot of the screen, and a warning message is displayed before printing .
  • The watermark can be viewed on the form via FILE>PRINT PREVIEW
  • Selecting the watermark again via the FORMAT menu will toggle it off
  • An enabled watermark survives a form being closed and opened again.

To edit available watermarks

  1. Select TOOLS>WATERMARKS
  2. In the dialogue that appears, you can set the text-content, angle, colour and font of each of the three available watermarks.
  • You can restore default watermark content to DRAFT, CONFIDENTIAL and DO NOT COPY.
  • Check the 'use dithering' box if you encounter printing issues
