The Mental Health Discrimination (No. 2) Act 2013 received the Royal Assent on 28th February and will come into force on 28th April.

This Act has amended certain provisions contained in RTM1A and subscribers to this range should use the latest version of RTM1A on or after 28th April.

Form RTM6 has received a minor description amendment and can be used immediately.
