CCS - Commonhold Community Statement

The Commonhold (Amendment) Regulations 2009 represcribe CCS and CH1SR as a result of changes which came into force on 1st October when the 2006 Companies Act was implemented.

The Commonhold (Land Registration) (Amendment) Rules 2009 amend the Land Registry LRCM1, LRCM3 and LRCM6 forms as a result of changes made to the Commonhold and Leasehold Reform Act 2002 by the Companies Act 2006 (Consequential Amendments Transitional Provisions and Savings) Order 2009.

These 2009 Rules amend references on LRCM1, LRCM3 and LRCM6 to articles of association instead of ‘memorandum and articles of association’ and came into force on 1st October to coincide with the final implementation of the Companies Act 2006.
