SCOM_2(SCOT) - Notice of change of membership of creditors' or liquidation committee

Pursuant to the publication of EFIS No.29/2019, subscribers to this range are requested to use forms RM01(SCOT) and RM02(SCOT) which Companies House has created for use in insolvency proceedings in Scotland after the new Rules came into force on 6th April.

In addition, the Accountant-in-Bankruptcy (AIB) has drafted non-statutory forms to reflect the contents of the Insolvency (Scotland) (Receivership and Winding Up) Rules 2018 which came into force on 6th April. To date we have set the forms listed and the remainder shall follow shortly.

Scottish insolvency practitioners may use the AIB's new forms in conjunction with the forms which were previously supplied on EFS No. 29/2019.
