RTA5 - Stage 2 Settlement Pack Form and Response to Settlement Pack

The Ministry of Justice has amended RTA1-RTA6 to reflect changes which the Civil Procedure (Amendment)(No.6) Rules 2013 will introduce on 31st July when RTA7 will become obsolete.

The amended versions of these RTA forms should not be used before 31st July.

RTA7 will automatically be removed from your system(s).

We have also amended some of the notes which accompany PI5 to refer to the Construction (Design and Management) Regulations 2007 which replaced the Construction (Health Safety and Welfare Regulations) 1996. This amended version of PI5 should be used immediately.
