INR1_35(BANK) - Application Notice

Form status: New/Amended

Oyez has added this new form to this range in response to requests from customers for a notice under rule 1.35 of the Insolvency (England and Wales) Rules 2016 which came into force on 6th April.

Also, a minor textual amendment has been made to SD3.

Both forms can be used immediately.
