Schedule 4 of the Insolvency (Miscellaneous Amendments) Regulations 2017 prescribes a new form which can be used to notify Companies House of the appointment of a liquidator in a winding-up.

Companies House has created this new 600 form which practitioners should file at Companies House on and after 9th December.
