AM03 - Notice of administrator's proposals

Form status: New/Amended

The Administration (Restrictions on Disposal etc. to Connected Persons) Regulations 2021 came into force on 30 April 2021. These regulations introduce a requirement - in certain specified circumstances - to deliver a qualifying report and statement along with the AM03 form. This form has been amended to include a new section 7, and is now available for immediate use.
