On 26th May, the Scottish branch of Companies House is relocating to a new address in Edinburgh.

The above forms have been amended to incorporate this new address. Existing forms will still be accepted but should be sent to the correct Scottish address for applications filed on or after 26th May.

Please note that LLP244 is an obsolete form and should no longer be used.

All forms can used immediately.

If you are not using Active Library, you will need to manually delete some forms. For deletion instructions, click here
