Following a relocation of its office from one address in Glasgow to another, the Court Funds Office has amended the contact details which appear on the forms listed.

Although the Court Funds Office will continue to accept existing versions of these forms, practitioners may prefer to use these revised forms immediately.

Also, we have withdrawn the CP22B form as the function of this form has been replaced by the CFO_A form. This form will be automatically removed from your library.
