Last EFIS release: 92/2011 (December 2011)

Following a relocation of its office address from London to Glasgow, the Court Funds Office has amended the contact details which appear on these forms.

Although the Court Funds Office will continue to accept existing forms which were originally supplied to you on EFIS 82/2011 in October, practitioners may prefer to use the latest versions of these forms for completed applications which are sent to the Court Funds Office on or after 5th December 2011.

Form N434 has received a field amendments and can be used immediately.

Finally form CFO300 is now obsolete and has been removed from the range.
