N149B - Notice of proposed allocation to the Fast Track

The Ministry of Justice has amended page one of Costs Budget FORM H by deleting the previous reference to Contingency Costs Part C.

We have taken this opportunity to supply you with the new forms N149A, N149B and N149C which replace the
old N149 form which was removed from this range on Efis No.25/2013 in April.

N149A, N149B and N149C can be used immediately but the amended version of FORM H should not be used before 1st September.

We have introduced two new Expandable forms N208_Expandable and N263_Expandable . Forms N5, N5_Expandable , HCNO56, N161 and N260 have also received slight field amendments. These forms can be used immediately.
