The Ministry of Justice has recently amended EX80B and made unrelated amendments to EX107 which now contains a box to insert an e-mail address.

In addition, the Ministry of Justice amended N139 earlier this year by deleting the reference to the Protection from Harassment Act 1997 which appears near the top of the form.

Please also find available N5B which has received field amendments.
