Following amendments which the Court Service has made to N161, litigation practitioners are requested to use the latest version of this form on receipt of this information.

On EFIS No. 22 in March, we notified you of amendments to certain Civil Procedure forms. It has come to our attention that Her Majesty’s Court Service (HMCS) also amended N30, N30(1), N30(1)HC and N30(HC).

However, HMCS did not notify us that these four forms had changed because courts generate them off their own internal system.

We therefore have no option but to remove N30, N30(1), N30(HC) and N30(1)(HC) from this range and now advise practitioners to delete these forms from their system(s) on receipt of this information.

Finally, we have restored N16A to this range as we were incorrectly advised that N16A had become a court-generated form when we released EFIS 22 in March.
