The UK Border Agency has amended FLR(M) and FLR(S) and accompanying notes to take account of the biometric immigration document which has started to be piloted from 28th April for certain people applying on these two forms.

Form AN is a new form which replaces forms AN(AFD) and AN(AFD)_NOTES. The accompanying notes can be accessed via a link on page 1 of this form. Therefore, AN(AFD) and AN(AFD)_NOTES need to be deleted from your system(s).

All forms should be used immediately.
