Form status: Deleted

Following the changes to Her Majesty's Revenue and Customs forms which were originally advertised on EFIS No. 61 in November 2008, the forms listed below have been altered to refer to IHT400 instead of IHT200.

These amended forms can be used immediately in respect of clients whose deaths occurred before 1st September 2006.

Also, form IHT216 has been replaced by form IHT402 and therefore needs to be removed from your system(s).

Finally, we have made a minor macro amendment to form IHT400 which is available for your immediate use.

If you are not using Active Library, you will need to manually delete some forms. For deletion instructions, click here
