SDLT46 - Notice of appeal against a penalty Stamp Duty Land Tax

The Stamp Duty Land Tax (Administration) (Amendment) Regulations 2021 added further information requirements to the SDLT form. We have added an updated version of the form but this form is now for information gathering purposes ONLY and must not be submitted, either digitally or on paper.

The two SDLT schedules have been combined into SDLT_Sch1 so SDLT_Sch2 is obsolete and has been withdrawn.
