The Legal Aid Board have produced an amended version of LA S29 which practitioners should use on receipt of this disk when completing APP2 and APP3.

However, in respect of Claim forms 20, 20A, 21 and 22 and their respective checklists, practitioners can only use these new Immigration forms if your firm or practice is registered to use them with the Legal Aid Board. If you are in doubt about this situation, please contact the Legal Aid Board.

*Claim 22 is laid out in landscape format and so can only be filled in by users of the 32bit version of OyezForms (see attached sheet to determine your version). A free upgrade is available to all 16bit users.

Finally, Claim 8 is re-issued with a macro amendment (32bit version only) allowing greater Expandable bility for filling in the table on page 4. Users who wish only to enter a single figure in the Total Boxes 'B' for unassigned counsel times (and have A & B add together) can now do so by clicking 'No' to the user prompt that appears.
