The Criminal Legal Aid (Remuneration) (Amendment) (No. 2) Regulations 2014 introduce interim payment of fees for litigators in proceedings in the Crown Court on 2nd October.

LF3(OFFLINE), LF3(ONLINE), LF3A(OFFLINE) and LF3A(ONLINE) are four new forms which the Legal Aid Agency has introduced for interim payments under the litigator graduated fee scheme. These four new forms should be used from 2nd October.

Forms CIVCLAIM1, CIVCLAIM1A have both received enhanced macro amendments and can be used immediately.
