CIVMEANS2(G) - How to complete CIVMEANS 2 Financial Assessment Form

The Legal Aid Agency have updated the CWORK1_2_MH and CWORK2(IM) with minor amendments made to the notes on page 2 for clarity and to ensure the merits questions are not overlooked; the CRM1 has also been updated for phase 1 of the Means Test Review. In addition the CIVCK3 and CIVMEANS1(GUIDE) have also had amended versions released in order to correct a number of discrepancies on the previous versions. These forms are all now available for immediate use.
