CIVAPP8 - Application for amendment or prior authority in civil cases

The Legal Aid Agency has updated the following forms:

• CIVAPP1 and CIVAPP3 - updated with a slight amendment to support the contingency process.


• CIVAPP8, CIVAPP8A and CIVAPP11 - updated to include a field for the applicant's first name instead of their initials.

These forms are all now available for immediate use.
