CRM15 - Financial Statement for Legal Aid in Criminal Proceedings

The Legal Aid Agency has updated the following Escape Fee Case Claim forms into excel format with a requirement that each field must be completed in turn, to ensure that no information is missed out.

· EC_CLAIM1(IMM)
· EC_CLAIM1(MH)
· EC_CLAIM1CIVIL
· EC_CLAIM1CLA

This is not a format currently supported by Oyez and we will therefore be unable to reproduce these updated forms. The current versions will be acceptable until 14th October 2022 and then they will be withdrawn to avoid accidental use.

The Legal Aid Agency has also updated the listed forms which are now available for immediate use.
