LAC1 - Legal Aid Committal Form

The Legal Aid Agency has made minor amendments to CIVAPP5 in respect of the wording which appears above the title of the top of page one. The version number of CIVAPP5 remains unchanged.

The Legal Aid Agency has amended the LAC1 form for use from 10th April along with the TFF form for claims made from 1st April 2013 until 31st March 2014.

Finally, LC1 is a new checklist for use with CIVCLAIM1 from 22nd April to reduce the likelihood of claims for judicial review being rejected by the Legal Aid Agency
