LIC11 - Application to Vary a Premises Licence to specify an Individual as Designated Premises Supervisor under the Licensing Act 2003

The Licensing Act 2003 (Premises Licences and Club Premises Certificates) (Amendment) Regulations 2018 amend the Licensing Act 2003 (Premises Licences and Club Premises Certificates) Regulations 2005 by substituting a new form for an application to vary a premises licence to specify an individual as the designated premises supervisor under section 37 of the Licensing Act 2003.
