PRO2B - Particulars required for obtaining grant of Probate or Administration where Deceased Died on or after 18 March 1986

Following the implementation of the Civil Partnership Act 2004 on 5th December, we have amended PRO2A and PRO2B to refer to civil partners where appropriate on these two forms.

Current forms can continue to be used for clients who have not formed civil partnerships but we would recommend that Probate practitioners use the revised forms immediately.
