DIV_E_SchedCont - Continuation for Schedule of Documents to Financial Statements [Forms E]

On EFIS 28/2011 and 36/2011 in April last year, we supplied you with amended Divorce forms which the Ministry of Justice had drafted to reflect the impact of the Family Procedure Rules 2010.

The Ministry of Justice has reviewed the forms listed and updated them in accordance with feedback received on the Family Procedure (Amendment) Rules 2012.

We have also introduced a new form DIV_E_SchedCont.

Family law practitioners must not lodge these amended forms before 6th April.

Finally, forms FP8 and DIV4 have received minor amendments and can be used immediately.
