DIV35 - Pension Inquiry Form - [FORMP]

Form status: New/Amended

The divorce forms listed have been amended to include the Court Service titles of the form. Please use the search “Description” button within the File>New window to locate forms using the Court Service title.

Forms DIV1, DIV1-Expandable , DIV11, DIV29, DIV36, and DIV39 have also received minor field amendments as per customer requests. DIV32 has received a macro amendment and DIV_E2 has received slight textual amendments.

Finally form FP8 has been added to the divorce range and can be used as a replacement for form DIV94 which was made obsolete on Efis 28/2011.

All forms can be used immediately.
