The Ministry of Justice has amended the Divorce forms listed to reflect the introduction of child arrangements orders under the Children and Families Act 2014 and the creation of the new Family Court under the Crime and Courts Act 2013 on 22nd April. The amended forms should be used from 22nd April.

EX160 has received a minor amendment and can be used immediately.

We understand further changes to Divorce forms will be made by the MoJ shortly. We will make these forms available as soon as possible.
