Pursuant to the information which we supplied to you on Efis No.35/2014 the Ministry of Justice has now confirmed changes to the DIV_A as a result of the introduction of the new Family Court on 22nd April.

The Ministry of Justice has also amended FM1 which should now only be used when applying to the new Family Court for one of the orders contained in Children Act forms C1 or C2. We have therefore withdrawn DIV_FM1 from the Divorce range, as it should only be used with either Children Act form C1 or C2. DIV_FM1 will be automatically removed from your system(s).

The expandable version of form DIV_A_Flex and the Word version DIV_A_Word will be released shortly (Version 10 ONLY).

This amended form should be used immediately.
