LRST5 - Statement of truth in support of an application to cancel a Form A restriction

HM Land Registry (HMLR) has amended panels 5 and 6 to clarify that a registered mortgage is not included in the second statement in each panel.

HMLR has also added a side note to panel 7 to explain that LRST5 should be sent to HMLR with the LRRX3 form as soon as the statement of truth has been made.

This form can be used immediately.
