The Regulatory Reform (Business Tenancies) (England And Wales) Order 2003 introduced new procedures under Part 2 of the Landlord and Tenant Act 1954 on 1st June.

We have amended enquiry 13 (B) of CON294 to refer to these new procedures but also to the old regime where a court order was sought before 1st June. In addition, enquiry 14 has been inserted concerning Value Added Tax.

Whilst writing please find enclosed forms CON44, CON46A and LRCH1-Expandable which have been added to the range.

We have also made minor textual and field amendments to forms CON41A and CON4A.

Finally form LR83 has been made obsolete and therefore needs to be deleted from your system. Please see deletion instructions below.
