The Land Registry has amended the side notes to the forms listed to encourage the greater use of certificates by conveyancers who lodge applications in paper format. This is not a new procedure as conveyancers are already empowered to certify in this way and this change in procedure is designed to reflect what happens with electronic applications.

The Land Registry introduced these changes on 16th June, so conveyancers should use these amended forms immediately.

The following forms have now been removed from our catalogue:

LRAS1-flex (V9 Only)
LRAS2-flex (V9 Only)
LRAS3-flex (V9 Only)
LRWCT-flex (V9 Only)

For more than 2 years OyezForms version 9 has been in an 'extended support phase '. During this time there has been no further development of version 9 and all new features are added to version 10 only. In addition, following regular announcements in 2012-13, Version 9 -Flex Forms are no longer editorially updated.
