Further to EFIS 45-2003, please find enclosed the new Stamp Duty Land Tax Forms.

These forms will be required for all transactions completed on or after the 1st December.

CONSTP61 and L(A)451 are now obsolete and should be removed from your system(s) immediately as they are no longer relevant to any SDLT transaction. Please see deletion instructions below:
