*DELETION OF OBSOLETE LAND REGISTRY FORM - NO FORMS TO IMPORT*

On EFIS No.42, we advised subscribers to this range of the Land Registry's amendments to their LRCIT, LRCN1 and LRST3 forms due to changes which the Land Registration (Amendment) Rules 2018 brought into force on 6th April.

The Land Registry has now informed Oyez that their LRRD1 form was made redundant on 6th April because the 2018 Rules revoked rule 204 of the Land Registration Rules 2003 and rule 204 allowed people to request the return of certain forms in specified circumstances.

Oyez has therefore withdrawn this LRRD1 from this range as conveyancing practitioners should no longer use it on and after 6th April.
