Companies House has amended the above forms for use from 7th May to reflect changes which will be introduced on this date by amended Registrar's Rules.

Although current versions of these forms will be accepted, company law practitioners may prefer to use the amended forms for applications made to Companies House on or after 7th May in accordance with the Registrar's Rules.
